We are looking for a colleague to join our team as an Allocator responsible for several markets in the subregion East. This role is based in Prague, Czech Republic.
We are looking for a person who will be responsible for effectively managing inventory levels to support Ecco’s retail sales and inventory plans. If you think analytically, can work with data properly and interpret them to make sure the right product is in the right place, at the right time – this is a job for you. The Allocation team is highly collaborative and partners closely with a variety of cross functional teams such as Merchandising, Operations, Warehouse and Stores so communicational skills are needed to succeed in that position.

Main tasks

• Responsibility for the correct supply of ECCO retail stores (across several markets)
• Daily close cooperation with Stores and Retail Managers
• Analysis of the product performance within the seasonal period (e.g. bestsellers, slow-movers)
• Effective allocation of products between individual stores in order to optimize sales
• Consolidation of seasonal stocks and coordination of returns to the central warehouse
• Preparing initial orders in case of a new store opening
• Analysis and evaluation of sales promotions- related suggestions, recommendations, etc.
• Monitoring and evaluating inventory levels, sales and other KPIs in assigned markets
• Supporting regional Merchandising team in regular and ad hoc products analysis and reporting
• Cooperation with ECCO merchandising department, central team and central warehouse
• Master data management in DAX12 + 365 system

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years of experience on a similar position (retail business appreciated)
• Proficiency knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must (Excel test will be conducted as part of the interview process)
• Communication skills, including at least intermediate knowledge of English
• Great analytical skills, orientation for detail
• Pro-active, problem solving attitude
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong working relationships with others
• Experience in retail environment, knowledge of SAP- a big advantag
