Description

Aramark UK is seeking a highly analytical and commercially astute Retail Analyst to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This exciting opportunity involves working closely with cross-functional teams - Retail, Marketing, Procurement, Finance and Government Services - on business development initiatives within Aramark’s Defence sector.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and evaluating retail solutions, producing business cases and supporting bid submissions to drive growth and operational excellence.
This is a remote position with home-based working and occasional travel to client sites / Aramark UK’s offices.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong knowledge of Retail best practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a geographically dispersed team
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Exposure to project management and bid writing / bid processes
  • Knowledge of Defence sector
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyse retail profit & loss accounts, identifying efficiencies to enhance profitability and customer experience
  • Lead the development of six regional CRL plans and support responses to technical retail questions
  • Serve as the subject matter expert in reviewing and submitting all retail business cases and supporting data
  • Support client site visits and engage with senior external stakeholders and partners
  • Utilise Aramark document management systems and adhere to internal processes
