We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Fund & Asset Management team as an Analyst focusing on Retail portfolio management.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

Excellent academic background in finance/economics or engineering
At least 1 year of working experience in real estate, preferably in Leasing & Asset management, development and property management
Fluency in spoken and written English
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office package
Interest for the real estate market, curiosity and ambition

Responsibilities

Contribute towards the formulation of the Annual Portfolio Strategy, assist in the preparation of business plans, and assess Estimated Rental Values (ERVs) for each shop/unit
Liaise with key stakeholders including tenants, landlords, property managers, development managers, brokers and third-party appraisers, etc…
Update financial models, conduct financial analysis and sensitivities on the models to analyze and report on the financial and operational performance of the portfolio
Analysis of assets by monitoring significant events, market and tenants performances to identify opportunities and to create new strategies to optimize returns at the asset level
Join commercial due diligence including lease reviews, rent roll analysis, market diligence etc…
