USER EXPERIENCE ENHANCEMENT:

EXPERIENCE WE THINK YOU’LL NEED:

  • Minimum 3-5 years professional experience
  • Bachelor degree in business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Retail Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (Power BI, Tableau, ThoughtSpot (preferable))
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the FMCG sector and digital commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
  • Ability to work independently with high degree of accountability, while also able to collaborate cross-functionally with other departments.
Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

As the Retail Analyst (South Africa), you will be responsible for analysing data related to Sales operations and digital adoption on our open commerce platform. Your role involves extracting meaningful insights, identifying trends, and providing recommendations to enhance the platform’s performance and user experience. The successful candidate should have background in data analytics. The successful candidate report to Operations Manager.
