The role is responsible for assisting in preparing the yearly NFR income target as well as monitoring the rental income performance of the locators, including A/Rs and collection status, and possibly all future franchise ventures. This person will also prepare the financial studies of sites for NFR. What will YOU do? Prepare financial projections to assess profitability of NFR sites and franchise business ventures Prepare rental income report to check on actual performance of NFR locators Review franchise financial reports to validate accuracy and help evaluate actual store performance Monitor A / R status to ensure that locator rental payments are collected Maintain NFR database to provide needed data in preparing various reports What will YOU need? At least 1 year of relevant employment experience Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related courses
