• Maximise sales through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and merchandise presentation
• Be a brand ambassador of Peloton Studios as a whole, being a source of knowledge on all things retail, cafe and studio experience
• Provide outstanding customer service at all times
• Work professionally with fellow team members
• Help to maintain the visual/physical standards of the store and cafe area
• Appropriately address member feedback in person, via phone or email with a professional and friendly demeanour.
• Assist the Group Booking and Events department with any member-organised meetups at Peloton Studios.
• Act as event support for all onsite member meet-ups, experiences, and events held within the studio space
• Provide the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests
• Professionally and enthusiastically greet members
• Assist members with questions regarding class types offered, instructors, live production experience tickets, promotions or upcoming events
• Receive delivered food stocks and supplies, verifying receipt of ordered items
• Visual Merchandising of all areas to maximise sales opportunities
• Responsible for all saleable items to be loaded to CMS in a timely manner
• Fully manage stock and inventory in both retail and the F&B site
• Work on elevating the current offering and always looking for opportunities to grow
