In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and maintain a positive attitude will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Assist customers with inquiries via phone and email providing accurate information and solutions.
• Greet walk-in customers and assist with inquiries, quotes, and order placement.
• Process transactions efficiently, including cashiering duties and handling payments.
• Maintain organized front office and retail space
• Upsell products and services when appropriate to enhance customer experience.
• Coordinate with production team for order updates and pickups
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Support inventory tracking and product displays.
• Promote ongoing sales and product promotions
• Handle customer feedback and escalate issues as needed.
