Team Leadership Coach, mentor, and motivate Retail & Events Marketing Representatives Lead by example through positive customer interactions and strong personal performance Conduct daily coaching, team huddles, and on-site training Help onboard and develop new team members Foster a competitive, supportive, and accountable team culture Retail & Event Operations Oversee daily operations at retail partner locations, home shows, trade shows, and community events Ensure booths, displays, and promotional materials are professional, organized, and customer-ready Coordinate event setup, breakdown, staffing, and scheduling Build positive relationships with retail partners, event coordinators, and community organizations Maintain inventory of marketing materials and promotional displays Performance Management Monitor team lead generation, appointment-setting, and productivity metrics Provide real-time coaching to improve customer engagement and results Help the team achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals Maintain accurate reporting and CRM documentation What We're Looking For Leadership experience in retail, marketing, events, sales, hospitality, or customer service preferred Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing others Organized, dependable, and goal-oriented Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities Reliable transportation Ability to work evenings and weekends as event schedules require Valid driver's license Previous leadership experience is helpful but not required.
