Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a research analyst for our Retail & Leisure Research team based in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic property research consultancy team, which is highly regarded within the industry for its quality of market insights. Clients include major developers, investors and occupiers.
You will support retail property market analysis within a property research and consultancy department dealing primarily with the retail & leisure property sector in the UK. Our retail capability supports a number of property areas, including retail & leisure development and investment, high street and out-of-town retail agency and retailer acquisition strategies, with requirements for both landlord and tenant. You must be highly motivated and ambitious, with a fine attention to detail. Note that there is a strong focus on analysing data using GIS and Excel methods and therefore skills in this area, or the ability to learn them quickly are very important.
