We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused a retail assistant to work in our family-owned business at newsagency within Eastland Shopping Centre.

THE ROLE

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Provide outstanding customer service
• Assist with stock management and setting up visual merchandising
• Ability to work under pressure during busy periods
• Ability to work well in a team environment and autonomously
• Willingness to learn and grow with the business
• Assisting customers with their lottery needs

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A dedicated work ethic
• Excellent customer service skills
• Previous retail and lottery (Tattslotto) experience is preferred but not required
• Be flexible to work 7-day rotating roster and must be available on weekend
