REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in retail and/or wholesale management
  • Strong team leadership and business relationship management skills
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace tools and general computer skills
  • Knowledge of inventory and order management systems
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Japanese or Korean language skills strongly preferred
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: £38,000.00-£43,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate all sales operations across retail and wholesale channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, retail partners, and B2B clients
  • Oversee product range selection, procurement, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns
  • Analyse sales data, manage budgets, set sales targets, and prepare performance/KPI reports
  • Lead, train, and motivate retail and wholesale sales teams to achieve growth targets
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and health & safety regulations
