Description Position Mission: To engage with retail customers in-store, educate them about Superior’s services, and generate high-quality leads for our sales and service teams—all while representing the brand with professionalism and energy. Overview: Superior Water and Air is looking for a motivated and outgoing Lead Generator to work full-time inside one of our partnered big box retail stores. In this role, you’ll be stationed at our branded display to greet shoppers, explain our service offerings, and qualify interested homeowners for follow-up. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys people, is comfortable starting conversations, and wants to play a vital role in helping customers find solutions to their home service needs. Key Responsibilities: Greet shoppers and proactively start friendly conversations Educate customers about our home services (HVAC, plumbing, etc.) Qualify potential leads by asking guided questions and assessing needs Capture accurate customer information for follow-up by our sales team Maintain a clean, organized, and professional in-store booth/display Track daily performance metrics and lead activity Represent the brand with confidence, enthusiasm, and consistency Core Competencies: · Engagement: Naturally friendly and comfortable approaching new people · Communication: Explains services clearly and answers basic customer questions · Consistency: Shows up prepared each day and follows the lead generation process · Focus: Stays present and productive throughout shift, even during slow periods · Adaptability: Tailors message to fit customer needs or interests · Accountability: Records and submits leads accurately and in a timely manner Requirements Qualifications: 0–2 years of experience in customer-facing roles (retail, sales, events, etc.) Energetic, friendly, and self-motivated personality Strong communication and people skills Ability to stand for extended periods in a retail setting Reliable transportation to and from assigned store Background check and drug screening required Why you should work with us: One Team.
