You’ll be leading 11 locations, including regional stores in Bunbury, Busselton, Australind, and Esperance, balancing day-to-day operational excellence with long-term strategic planning. Your ability to stay focused on the big picture – while holding teams accountable and acting swiftly on underperformance – will be key to sustained success.
