POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Retail Assistant to join our team for our Pop-up Shop in Dundrum. If you love customer service, beauty, and working in a lively environment, this role is for you! While you won’t need any nail skills, you’ll play a key role in helping customers choose their perfect 14-day manicure and ensuring they have a great experience. You’ll assist with daily operations and maintain the pop-up space.

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, answering their questions and providing information about our services and products.
• Retail Support: Help customers select their preferred 14-day manicure options, offering advice on colors, designs, and aftercare.
• Sales Support: Assist with sales transactions and encourage customers to explore additional products like nail care items.
• Product Knowledge: Learn about the services, products, and aftercare to provide excellent advice to customers (training provided).
• Store Maintenance: Ensure the pop-up space is clean, organized, and visually appealing throughout the day.
• Cash Handling: Process payments accurately and assist with keeping track of inventory.
