REQUIREMENTS:

• Positive attitude, good communication skills, and customer service oriented
• Sales-driven with strong customer focus
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends & public holidays (rotating off/rest day provided)
• No prior experience required (training provided)
• Must be computer literate and able to use POS system
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin preferred (to liaise with customers)

• Assist customers with inquiries and purchases
• Promote products and drive sales to achieve targets
• Handle cashiering and payment transactions
• Manage stock replenishment and product display
• Maintain shop cleanliness and presentation
• Support daily shop operations
