Responsibilities

As a Retail Assistant, you will be a key member of our team, helping to deliver excellent customer service and support the smooth running of the pharmacy. Your main duties will include:

  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with their health care needs, answer questions, and provide guidance on over-the-counter medications and products.
  • Sales & Product Knowledge: Use your retail experience to recommend pharmacy products, offer advice, and ensure that customers are satisfied with their purchase.
  • Stock Management: Assist with stock replenishment, inventory management, and merchandising to ensure the pharmacy shelves are well-stocked and presented.
  • Cashier Duties: Process transactions, handle cash and payments, and ensure accurate cashiering.
  • Store Presentation: Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with pharmacy staff to support day-to-day operations and ensure a smooth, efficient service for our customers.
