ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is a mix of retail sales, customer service, and field operations. You’ll be working both in-store at Command Elite Hobbies and onsite at GelCity, ensuring our customers have a great experience from the moment they walk in.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operating the POS system, cash handling, and processing transactions.
• Providing friendly and professional customer service in-store, online, and over the phone.
• Responding to emails, inboxes, and customer enquiries.
• Signing in customers for private and public sessions throughout the week and on weekends.
• General cleaning, tidying, and maintaining a professional environment in both retail and field spaces.
• Assisting with product sales, upselling accessories, and providing advice to new and returning players.
• Maintaining stock levels, restocking shelves, and completing inventory checks.
• Demonstrating strong product and technical knowledge to assist customers with questions or issues about gel blasters and accessories.
• Supporting the GelCity field with event preparation, equipment setup, and ensuring safety rules are followed.
• Other general retail and field support duties as required.
