JOB DESCRIPTION

· Packing, display bakery items and products on the shelves and counter.

包装烘焙食品和产品并展示在货架和柜台上。

• Do a good job in the replenishment of bread & shelf-life product and the correct display of goods. 做好面包和货架期产品的补货上架工作及做好商品正确陈列。

· Monitoring expiry dates and shelf lives of products. 监控产品的有效期和保质期。
· Responsible for operating the POS cash register, handle various types of payments and perform packing for customer purchases. 负责POS收银机的操作，处理各类支付，为客户采购打包。
· Responsible for daily cash management of the cash register. Process customer payment accurately and efficiently. 负责收银台的日常现金管理，准确高效地处理客户付款。
· Responsible for the sales of product. Familiar with product features, do a good job in customer service, and promote shopping guides to achieve store performance indicators. 负责产品的销售工作。熟知产品特性、做好顾客服务、促销导购，以达到门店业绩指标。
· Prepare simple food/drinks (e.g. toasting, reheating, steaming, mixing, assembling, making coffee/tea) according to the company’s standard recipes and operating procedures, where applicable. 根据公司的标准食谱和操作流程，准备简单的食物和饮料（例如：烤面包、加热、蒸煮、混合、组装、煮咖啡/泡茶），如适用。
· Manage orders on FoodPanda, Grab Food, Deliveroo delivery apps. 处理FoodPanda、Grab Food、Deliveroo 配送应用程序的订单。

· Do daily report. 做日常报告。

• Responsible for the sanitation of the store, clean up in time, and ensure that the store is clean and hygienic 负责店内卫生做到及时清理工作、保证门店整洁卫生。

· Ensure compliance of all food & hygiene safety standards in bakery shop. 确保遵守面包店利的所有食品和卫生安全标准。

• Strictly implement the company’s various management and operation systems

严格执公司各项管理和运营制度。

• Strictly implement the grooming standard 严格执行仪容仪表标准。
• Report to Supervisor immediately if found any faulty or damage in the store. 如果发现店内有任何问题或损坏，马上报告主管。

· Assist with any other appropriate duties as required. 根据需要协助执行其他任务。
