REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Customer service/retail experience required

Responsibilities

MAIN ROLES AND KEY TASKS:

  • Setting up stall displays and serving customers at our Hempstead Valley pop-up counter.
  • Confidently and clearly communicate with customers and provide clear and concise allergen information.
  • Managing all aspects of customer service and management of the stall set-up independently.
  • Encouraging potential customers to try samples and purchase products.
  • Handle cash and card payments efficiently.
  • Restocking products throughout the duration of the day.
  • Strong communication with other members of staff regarding stock levels and the best-selling items.
  • Collaborating with other off-site team members and as an individual to keep the stalls/stands area clean and organised at all times.
  • Ensuring Health & Safety guidelines/procedures are being adhered to at all times.
  • Ensure all products are packed efficiently and labelled correctly.
