Customer Experience

  • Make every interaction warm and positive.
  • Handle returns and questions with ease.
  • Build friendly relationships with regular customers
Responsibilities

Sales & Product Advice

  • Greet and chat with staff, visitors, and guests – promote and sell high-quality branded merch.
  • Know the range inside out: from hoodies to headphones, help customers pick what suits them.
  • Suggest combos and upsell with confidence.
  • Discuss bulk orders and explain brand standards like logo use, sustainability, and product quality.

Customer Experience

  • Make every interaction warm and positive.
  • Handle returns and questions with ease.
  • Build friendly relationships with regular customers.

Stock & Merch Management

  • Keep the store looking fresh and fully stocked.
  • Help with deliveries and restocking.
  • Report what’s flying off the shelves – and what’s not.

Visual Merchandising

  • Keep the space looking amazing and totally Booking.com branded.
  • Make sure everything is tidy, well-placed, and inviting.

Reporting & Feedback

  • Help track daily sales and trends.
  • Share feedback with the team – your insights matter.

Product Development

  • Suggest product ideas based on customer vibes and feedback.
  • Work with suppliers to create fresh, on-brand, sustainable merchandise for Booking.com’s B2B webstore.

Team Vibes

  • Collaborate with an awesome crew of merch pros.
  • Contribute ideas in team catch-ups and promo brainstorms.
