Part-Time Retail Assistant – Vine House Farm Shop & Café Counters
Location: Vine House Farm Shop & Café, Deeping St Nicholas, Lincolnshire
Hours: Friday & Saturday (flexibility required for additional hours during peak times, holiday cover and sickness cover)

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Part-Time Retail Assistant to join our team at our counters in Vine House Farm Shop & Café. This is a customer-focused role with varied duties, ideal for someone who enjoys working with the public and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing outstanding customer service at our retail counters.
• Serving and advising customers on our range of products.
• Carrying out general shop duties, including stock rotation and merchandising.
• Performing very basic butchery tasks (full training provided).
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in line with food safety requirements.
• Assisting with day-to-day cleaning tasks and general upkeep of the counters.
• Working flexibly to cover busy periods, holidays, and sickness when required.
