We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our busy branch team. This is a varied role where you’ll not only serve trade and retail customers but also support operations in the warehouse and cover driving duties when required.

• Provide excellent service to retail customers while identifying opportunities to increase sales
• Accurately pick and prepare parts from the warehouse to meet customer requirements
• Support with cover for the Driver team as and when required
• Support the sales team by responding promptly and professionally to telephone and online enquiries
• Deliver a high level of customer care, ensuring all needs are met for orders, returns, and queries
• Inspect and process returned items for resale, warranty, or surcharge purposes
• Contribute to overall branch success while focusing on personal targets and sales performance
• Actively promote product offers and upsell where appropriate
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment in all customer-facing areas
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored support
