Description

Demonstrated experience in senior leadership or director-level roles, with a strong track record of managing multi-functional teams and driving organizational performance.
Proficiency in strategic planning, operations management, and business development, including setting measurable goals and overseeing execution.
Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and interpreting financial reports to inform decisions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across levels and represent the organization externally.
Proven ability to lead change, improve processes, and implement systems that support scalability, quality, and compliance.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
