JOB OVERVIEW

We are a 24/7 operating Londis Esso located at Northwick-Worcester. We are currently looking for a part timer to join us and work the evening weekend shifts with flexibility to work 1 night shift. It is essential that you have some retail experience for this vacancy.

Essential criteria for the successful candidate:

• Flexibility to work 1 night shift per week.
• To be able to work evening WEEKEND shifts
• Have some retail experience
• Immediate start

Pay is negotiable based on experience and upon successful completion of probation period (1-3 months).

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is highly desirable (bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply).
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Retail experience is ESSENTIAL!

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
• Provide knowledgeable information about products and services to enhance the customer experience.
• Engage in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities.
• Maintain an organised and visually appealing merchandise display to attract customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times.
• Ensuring that forecourt is up to standard and authorising fuel in conduct with site regulations.
