POSITION OVERVIEW

F.G.Bradley’s is currently seeking Experienced, responsible, client-focused, friendly and energetic people who share our passion for games. We are looking for enthusiastic leaders for Assistant Manager positions for the Greater Toronto Area who can coach and develop team members as well as drive sales. As a team player with a gift for sales, you will leverage your problem-solving and relationship-building skills to guide and manage the sales floor to capitalize on the “F.G.Bradley’s FUN” experience and maximize productivity and profitability.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-3 years of Retail Sales experience or face-to-face customer service experience
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience
  • High School or GED Diploma
  • Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience;
  • Outgoing, friendly disposition and positive attitude;
  • Self-starter who uses good judgment in all situations;
  • Motivated to achieve great results because of one’s enthusiasm from interacting with customers and gaming products;
  • Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision;
  • Schedule flexibility that includes peak dates that meet the needs of our customers during peak times of the business including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, move and handle boxes of merchandise (weighing up to 50 pounds) and fixtures throughout the store, which entails lifting, and performing all functions as set forth above;

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, and teaming up with co-workers to provide a friendly environment and excellent sales service;
  • Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations;
  • Maintaining personal and productivity goals;
  • Assisting in merchandising, displays and maintenance of the store’s cleanliness;
  • Replenishing merchandise, monitoring floor stock and processing shipments;
  • Processing cash/credit/debit purchases at register using a Point of Sale (POS) system;
  • Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer’s needs
  • Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming products / trends
  • Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Adhering to all company policies
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Manager
