Description:
VANRATH are delighted to be assisting a Major Fashion Brand with the Recruitment of a motivated and dynamic Assistant Retail Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the Retail Sales Manager in driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to lead a team effectively.
Salary - £28,000
Hours - Mon-Wed-09:00-18:00 + Late Thurs & Fri & Sun 12:00-18:00 Rotating
EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in retail management is essential.
- Proven track record in team management and supervising staff.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with sales management techniques and strategies is advantageous.
- Proficient phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries professionally.
