About the Role: As a leader, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day operations of the site. You’ll lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile! Your responsibilities will include: Mentoring and training team members to deliver outstanding service Maintaining high standards with store presentation and cleanliness Assisting with rostering to meet operational needs Managing food preparation and handling in line with safety standards Meeting store budgets and KPIs Merchandising and stock rotation with creativity and precision About You: To succeed in this role, you’ll bring: A passion for customer service and team leadership Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal A proactive, problem-solving mindset This position involves manual handling duties, requiring the ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20kg and 16kg regularly, in accordance with safe work practices Flexibility to work Open shifts from Sunday to Thursday Adaptable and confident in using technology Due to restriction/requirements on the sale of particular products, all applicants must be 18 years or older at commencement.
