We are looking for a proven Supermarket Store Manager to oversee the operations of this local business in Christies beach.

Do you have:

• Passion for Supermarket retailing?
• Energy?
• Commitment and dedication?
• Excellent communication and customer service skills?
• Knowledge of point of sale equipment?
• A proven track record in retail management?
• Proven Leadership ability
• Experience in leading and coaching a small to medium size team?
• Thorough understanding of Supermarket P&L and cash flow relating to small business
• At least 5 years as a store manager in supermarkets
• Knowledge and understanding of fresh foods, margins, quality and pricing

We are looking for great team player that thrives in an environment that encourages participation and hard work. Flexibility is important as we are a 7 day business operating from 7am to 9pm. While prior experience would be looked upon favourably it will be your great attitude and work ethic that will put you in good stead to join our team.
