Lead store operations as Manager-on-Duty when assigned
Coach associates on sales, customer service and product accuracy
Keep customer service moving at the counter and by phone
Monitor sales performance, AOV, warranty results and returns
Supervise receiving, put-away and inventory accuracy
Investigate inventory discrepancies and ensure procedures are followed
Assign daily work and follow up on completion
Support scheduling, coverage and labour control
Resolve escalated customer issues professionally
Maintain a clean, organized and safe store
Enforce company policies, SOPs and professional standards
