JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the Owner in overseeing daily operations, ensuring a high level of customer service, and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have a passion for retail, while maintaining an efficient and organized store environment. Past retail experience in footwear an asset.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles is preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer engagement.
  • Proficient in cashiering processes and financial transactions.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays.
