Available Positions: Retail Assistant Manager Keyholder Salesperson Requirements Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership Set and achieve sales targets through effective team management and motivation Provide ongoing training and development to sales associates to enhance product knowledge and selling skills Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales Customer Service Excellence Foster a customer-centric culture among the sales team, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service Maintain a high level of engagement with every customer, every day Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a professional and timely manner Operational Management Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the inventory team to maintain optimal stock levels Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Visual Merchandising Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create attractive displays and maintain a visually appealing store environment Team Collaboration Foster a positive and collaborative working environment among the sales team Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, promotions, and updates General Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business or Retail Management is a plus Previous retail experience; supervisory experience preferred for management roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Why Work With Us?
