We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Retail Assistant to join our rural supplies store. This isn’t just a job – it’s a chance to learn, grow, and build a career in retail with a company that invests in its people.

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcoming customers and making sure they have a great experience
• Learning about our products and sharing your knowledge with customers
• Helping with stock, deliveries, and keeping the store looking its best
• Working the register and supporting day-to-day store operations
• Being part of a team that works hard, supports each other, and has fun along the way

What we’re looking for:

• A people person who enjoys helping customers
• Positive, reliable, and a strong team player
• Eager to learn and develop new skills (we’ll train you!)
• Previous retail or customer service experience is handy but not essential
