THE POSITION:

We are looking for a customer-oriented service assistant. A customer service assistant will provide excellent customer service to the customers entering the store ensuring they receive the most positive experience possible. The individual will be someone who is confident engaging in day-to-day conversations, keen to offer help and assistance when needed, high levels of enthusiasm for any tasks the day may bring as well as having a hardworking ethic.

SKILLS

  • Quick learner and able to easily adapt with the changes within the store.
  • Strong time management skills along with the ability to multitask.
  • Strong level of focus and determination to ensure set tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Good social skills.
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: £12.21 per hour
    Expected hours: 16 per week

Responsibilities
  • Handling cash and serving customers within the store.
  • Working and organising stock from the warehouse as well as our daily stock deliveries.
  • Assist with keeping the store clean, hygienic and well presented.
  • Assist with the stores delivery system, including picking and organising orders.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives when able.
