Our family owned business has a current vacancy for a part time retail assistant to work flexibly at our Leeds store.
Duties will include housekeeping, merchandising, excellent customer service, mail order etc
Applicants will have the below requirements:
Computer literate - essential
Customer service background - desired
Ability to work within a team - desired
Ability to self-motivate - desired
Retail experience - desired
Knowledge of Whisky and Cigars - advantageous but not required as full training given
Flexible on hours of work - desired

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous retail experience is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Basic maths skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
  • A proactive attitude towards upselling and promoting store initiatives.
