ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Retail Assistants, known at Polyaire as Counter Sales Assistants, help customers and tradespeople access the products they need.
Our Fyshwick branch is currently looking for a dedicated and reliable team member to join us in the role of counter sales. This position will suit a self-motivated, ‘hands on” individual who enjoys performing a variety of duties and tasks and working as a key member of the team.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED TO BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE THE FOLLOWING:

• Excellent ability to multitask whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Strong communications skills both written and verbal.
• Can do attitude.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience with MS Office Applications.
• A passion and ability to deliver outstanding customer service and build great relationships.
  You don’t need to have air-conditioning industry experience, but some sales experience would be great. What really matters is that you’ll know what it means to help people and build relationships.
