Christmas Team Member – Contract: Temporary (October – December)
Start Date: 1st October
Are you passionate about handcrafted gifts, love the festive season, and have a creative flair? We’re looking for a friendly and reliable team member to join our team during our busiest and most exciting time of the year.
As part of our small, dedicated team, you’ll help create a warm and welcoming shopping experience while also supporting the design and production of personalised, locally made gifts.
What you’ll be doing
Providing outstanding customer service with a friendly, helpful attitude.
Helping customers design and personalise gifts
Assisting with merchandising, restocking, and keeping the shop looking its best.
Supporting the team with general day-to-day store operations.
What we’re looking for
Experience using Adobe Illustrator or similar graphic design software preferred
Experience with social media content creation
Excellent people skills – approachable, friendly, and confident with customers.
A team player who’s happy to pitch in wherever needed.
Flexibility to work weekends and extra hours as Christmas gets closer.
Reliability and a positive, can-do attitude during our busiest season.
Previous retail or customer service experience essential

Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour
