JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Optical Sales Associate to join our team. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic maths skills for processing transactions and managing cash accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
  • A proactive attitude towards upselling products and enhancing customer satisfaction.
