To thrive in this role, you ideally have:

• Retail management or leadership experience, leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a passionate, high-performing team
• A willingness to learn all aspects of automotive retail – you bring the Super, we deliver the Auto
• Operational know-how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting
• A commitment to safety, ensuring compliance with WHS programs
