As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, lead by example on the sales floor, and play a key role in developing staff, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2–3 years of retail leadership experience (footwear or fashion preferred)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable taking initiative and leading a team
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for sneakers, fashion, and delivering top-notch customer service
• Experience with POS systems and retail operations

• Support the Store Manager in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Provide coaching, feedback, and motivation to sales associates
• Take ownership of opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and floor supervision
• Ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising and stockroom standards
• Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and training new hires
• Help resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
• Contribute ideas to improve sales, team performance, and store culture
