Summary
Assists the Store/Facility Manager in managing and operating a retail store, donation processing center
and/or warehouse operations. Provides exceptional customer service through the efficient management
of store associates, donations, processing, stock rotation, inventory, and sales. Properly maintains the

Supervisory Responsibilities
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the agency’s policies and procedures. Directly
supervises the store management team, store associates, program participants, volunteers, and
community service participants; performs work of subordinates as needed. Responsibilities include
interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising
performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; maintaining a safe work environment; addressing
complaints and resolving problems.
