Leadership & Development Deliver comprehensive training for new hires and facilitate ongoing product knowledge sessions. Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team. Act as Manager on Duty, utilizing strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve client concerns. Visual Merchandising & Brand Standards Support visual merchandising initiatives, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines. Maintain a visually appealing boutique that reflects the brand's aesthetic and standards. Who You Are: 2+ years of prior supervisory experience in a client-focused retail environment.
