We are seeking a highly motivated, Retail Assistant Store Manager professional to join our DDM family in the Avon/Lorain area!

  • Job seekers with a background as a Retail Sales Associate (2+yrs experience), Assistant Retail Store Manager, Retail Shift Leader, and Retail Key Carriers would do well in these roles.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in daily operations and management of the store
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
  • Supervise and train store staff to ensure efficient and effective performance
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures
