As a Sony Retail Assistant Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving store performance, cultivating a high-performing team culture, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll support the Store Manager in daily operations, staff development, and strategic execution ensuring every interaction reflects Sony’s commitment to innovation, quality, and customer delight. What you will be doing Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth execution and high service standards Implement and uphold store policies, SOPs, safety, and audit compliance Drive sales targets through planning, motivation, and data insights Track sales performance, analyze trends, and recommend improvements to boost profitability, traffic, and efficiency Execute store campaigns, promotions, and marketing activities effectively Mentor and coach staff to enhance performance and customer experience Support staff development, evaluations, and training opportunities Foster teamwork, open feedback, and recognition culture Lead by example in delivering excellent service and resolving escalations Strengthen customer loyalty, reviews, and advocacy Ensure timely submission of reports and operational documents Coordinate with HQ and mall management on operational matters What will help you succeed Minimum of 5 years retail management or supervisory experience, preferably in consumer electronics or premium lifestyle brands High school diploma in Business, Retail, or related field Proficient in MS Office and POS systems. Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays. Sales-driven with a passion for customer service and brand experience.
