JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at Urban Outfitters Bath. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a desire to help customers find the perfect products. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming shopping environment, assisting customers with their needs, and driving sales through effective communication and upselling techniques.
These shifts are posted through an app called Temper. You must create your Temper account and apply to the shifts through the app.
You must be 18+
Due to the nature of this role being freelance we can’t accept student visas
You must have a valid national ID (passport)

SKILLS

  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is advantageous (bilingual or multilingual).
  • Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage inventory and maintain store presentation.
  • Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
  • A friendly demeanour with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
  • Experience in retail or sales is desirable but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
