ROLE:

Situated in East Kilbride and supported by stores across Scotland, our aim is to deliver all the leading brands to our customers wherever they may be working.
We are looking for an Retail assistant for our store based in East Kilbride. The role will be to help lead store. You will need to lead a team to execute the day-to-day retail operations in store e.g. key holding, scheduling, visual merchandising, stock/delivery, admin, banking, housekeeping.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To drive sales and profitability of the store.
• Achieve the highest levels of customer service.
• Manage a team in store and liaise with regional management to adhere to company policy.
• Ensure the visual representation of the store is maintained to a very high standard.
• Control costs and stock management as well as cash handling and till management.
• Help Manage all aspects of HR & Health & Safety, including fire marshal and first aid responsibilities.
• Help Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management
