Factory Blinds is a leading window furnishings retailer servicing the north of Tasmania, in particular Launceston, Tamar Valley and surrounding areas with custom made products. Our showroom is located at Invermay and is supported by our Prospect workroom.
The position offers permanent part-time work with a minimum of 25 regular hours per week, Monday - Friday, 12:00 midday to 5:00pm plus a rostered Saturday 9:30am - 12:30pm. You will also be requested to fill in additional hours for other team members when on annual or personal leave.
The job demands a high standard of customer service. You will be required to consult with in-store customers and phone customers, schedule appointments for our sales reps team, follow up on emails and other on-line enquiries, take payments and complete simple administration work and any other reasonable retail work as may be required. You will require a high standard of experience with Word, Excel and MYOB or similar.
Window furnishings are the fashion statement in the home. Factory Blinds offers a complete range of window furnishings including, roller blinds, sheer curtains, plantation shutters, honeycomb blinds, patio blinds and a comprehensive range of motorisation.
The pay rate is determined by your experience or the Fair Work Australia award MA000004 Retail Sales award.
