THE ROLE

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Retail Associate with Barista experience to join our boutique team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests – serving exquisite beverages, guiding them through our retail offerings, and creating an exceptional customer experience that reflects the VIVEL ethos.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver outstanding customer service in both retail and café settings
• Prepare and serve coffee and beverages to specialty standards
• Maintain product knowledge and assist customers with boutique purchases
• Ensure boutique and café areas are clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Support inventory management and restocking as needed
• Uphold VIVEL’s premium brand standards at all times
