POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a passionate and dynamic Retail Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. This multi-faceted role goes beyond traditional retail — one moment you may be guiding a customer in blending their perfect essential oil formula, the next you may be behind the bar brewing up a restorative herbal tea. You should be someone who loves natural products, embraces learning, and enjoys connecting with people. You must be capable of quick decision making & action oriented in a fast paced environment, you must also be capable of multi-tasking.

• Greet and assist customers with warmth, eagerness to help and the ability to make personalized recommendations.
• Guide guests through our different collections and assist them with purchases.
• Prepare and serve beverages behind our tea bar, including teas, elixirs, and more.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in both the retail and bar areas.
• Stay informed about product ingredients, sourcing, and benefits.
• Participate in restocking, inventory, and merchandising tasks.
• Support workshops, in-store events, and educational experiences when needed.
• Adapt to new roles or tasks depending on the daily needs of the store.
• Handle POS system transactions with accuracy and care.
