We are looking for CSRs to join a fast growing retail account in Cyperpark, Quezon City. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to valued clients through effective communication, problem-solving skills, and customer profiling. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes Provide product and service information to assist customers with their needs Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets Completed at least Senior High School, 2nd year in college, 2-year vocational/associate degree with or without experience OR HS Graduate (Old Curriculum) with at least 1 year of BPO experience Must be conversant in both spoken and written English Amenable to work fully on-site in Quezon City Amenable to work on shifting schedule Can start ASAP Free HMO Free Dependents Night Differential Program Incentives Please note that this is contingent to the final company or account you'll be profiled to.
