What You’ll Be Doing Everyday… * Greeting and providing excellent service to customers for a positive shopping Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner. * Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge. * Direct customers by escorting them to racks and counters. * Provide outstanding customer service. * Manage financial transactions at the point of sale. * Alert management of potential security issues. * Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise. * Assist with creating engaging product displays and floorsets. * Keep management informed of customer feedback and process improvement suggestions. * Additional duties as needed. What You’ll Need… * Must be a minimum of 16 years old * Customer service experience, retail preferred but not required * Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills both written and verbal, Fluent in English * Punctuality, time management and good attendance * Ability to work independently and as a team player * Ability to communicate clearly and follow instruction or direction from Team Leads and Management * Ability to perform repetitive or continuous physical demands: standing, for long periods of time up 8 - 10 hours, walking, sitting, use of hands and fingers, grasping, reaching/overhead, climbing, bending, kneeling, squatting, stretching, pulling, pushing, using ladders, and frequently lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds or more * Flexibility and dependability is required and must be willing to work overtime, second shift, weekends, and holidays to support store needs What We Offer… * Employee discounts * RTIC swag We have built a great business and are in the process of building a great company.
